מדיניות זו מסבירה כיצד נאסף, נשמר ומעובד מידע אישי במסגרת השימוש באתר נועם שאתי (להלן "האתר"), המופעל על ידי נועם שאתי (להלן "בעל האתר"). השימוש באתר מהווה הסכמה למדיניות זו. המדיניות מנוסחת בלשון זכר מטעמי נוחות בלבד ומיועדת לכל המגדרים.

This policy explains how personal information is collected, stored and processed when using Noam Shaty's website (the "Site"), operated by Noam Shaty (the "Owner"). Using the Site constitutes acceptance of this policy.

• מידע שאתם מוסרים ביוזמתכם בטופס יצירת הקשר: שם, טלפון, אימייל, נושא הפנייה, תוכן ההודעה, ובאופן רשות — חתימה דיגיטלית (בהקלדה או מצוירת).
• מידע טכני הנאסף אוטומטית בעת גלישה (כגון סוג דפדפן ומכשיר), במידה הדרושה לתפעול תקין של האתר.

• Information you provide voluntarily via the contact form: name, phone, email, subject, message content, and optionally a digital signature (typed or drawn).
• Technical information collected automatically while browsing (such as browser and device type), to the extent needed for proper operation of the Site.

The information is used to respond to inquiries, to provide quotes and manage the engagement, and to improve the service. It will not be used for other purposes without your consent, and we will not sell or rent your details to any third party.

פנייה שנשלחת מהאתר מועברת לתיבת הדואר האלקטרוני של בעל האתר. בהתאם להגדרה, ייתכן שהפנייה מעובדת באמצעות שירות טפסים חיצוני, או נפתחת כהודעה מוכנה לשליחה בדואר האלקטרוני שלכם.

A message sent from the Site is delivered to the Owner's email inbox. Depending on configuration, the message may be processed via an external form service, or opened as a ready-to-send message in your own email app.

האתר עושה שימוש בשירותים חיצוניים שעשויים לאסוף מידע לפי המדיניות שלהם, וייתכן שהמידע מעובד גם מחוץ לישראל (כגון Google Fonts לגופנים, ושירות טפסים אם מוגדר). איננו אחראים למדיניות הפרטיות של שירותים אלה ומומלץ לעיין בה.

The Site uses external services that may collect information under their own policies, and information may be processed outside Israel (such as Google Fonts, and a form service if configured). We are not responsible for the privacy policies of these services and recommend reviewing them.

The Site uses browser local storage (localStorage) to save your language and accessibility preferences — on your device only. You can block or delete this data in your browser settings, though some functionality may be affected.

אנו נוקטים אמצעים סבירים לשמירת המידע, אך אף מערכת אינה חסינה לחלוטין. מסירת פרטים של קטין מתחת לגיל 18 מחייבת הסכמת הורה או אפוטרופוס; לבקשת מחיקה של מידע כזה — פנו אלינו והוא יימחק.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information, but no system is entirely immune. Submitting details of a minor under 18 requires parental or guardian consent; to request deletion of such information, contact us and it will be deleted.
