Welcome to Noam Shaty's website (the "Site"). Use of the Site is subject to the terms below. Browsing and using the Site constitute full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to them, please refrain from using the Site.

1. קניין רוחני1. Intellectual property

כל התכנים באתר — לרבות יצירות מוזיקליות, קטעי שמע, טקסטים, שירים וקטעים מתוך הספר "דרכו של עולם", חוברות הלימוד, עיצובים, גרפיקה, לוגו וקוד — הם קניינו הבלעדי של נועם שאתי או של בעלי הזכויות מטעמו, ומוגנים לפי חוק זכות יוצרים, התשס"ח-2007. אין להעתיק, לשכפל, להפיץ, לבצע בפומבי, לשדר, למכור או לעשות כל שימוש מסחרי בתכנים — כולם או חלקם — ללא אישור מראש ובכתב.

All content on the Site — including musical works, audio clips, texts, poems and excerpts from the book "The Way of a World", the learning booklets, designs, graphics, logo and code — is the exclusive property of Noam Shaty or the respective rights holders, protected under the Israeli Copyright Act, 2007. No content — in whole or in part — may be copied, reproduced, distributed, publicly performed, broadcast, sold or used commercially without prior written permission.

מותר לגלוש באתר ולעשות בו שימוש אישי ולא מסחרי. האזנה לקטעי השמע והורדת חומרים המוצעים להורדה מותרות לשימוש אישי בלבד, ואינן מקנות כל זכות בעלות או רישיון לשימוש נוסף.

You may browse and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Listening to audio clips and downloading materials offered for download are permitted for personal use only, and do not grant any ownership or license for further use.

3. תמחור והתקשרות3. Pricing and engagement

מחירים או הצעות המוצגים באתר הם לצורך התרשמות בלבד, אינם מהווים הצעה מחייבת, וניתנים לשינוי בכל עת. התקשרות מחייבת תיווצר אך ורק לאחר הצעת מחיר קונקרטית בכתב שתאושר על ידי שני הצדדים, בכפוף להסכם ההתקשרות המפורט בעמוד יצירת הקשר. מילוי טופס הפנייה אינו מחייב בתשלום.

Any prices or offers shown on the Site are for illustration only, do not constitute a binding offer, and may change at any time. A binding engagement is created solely after a concrete written quote approved by both parties, subject to the engagement agreement detailed on the contact page. Filling out the contact form does not commit you to payment.

4. תוכן משתמש ופניות4. User content and inquiries

בעת שליחת פנייה או חומרים דרך האתר, אתם מתחייבים כי המידע נכון וכי אינכם מפרים זכויות של צד שלישי. בעל האתר רשאי שלא להשיב לפניות שאינן ענייניות או שהן פוגעניות.

When sending an inquiry or materials through the Site, you undertake that the information is accurate and that you are not infringing any third party's rights. The Owner may decline to respond to inquiries that are irrelevant or offensive.

האתר ותכניו מוצעים כמות שהם ("As Is"). בעל האתר עושה מאמץ לשמור על מידע מעודכן ומדויק, אך אינו אחראי לשלמות, לדיוק או לזמינות מתמשכת של התכנים, ואינו אחראי לכל נזק ישיר או עקיף שייגרם משימוש באתר או מהסתמכות על תכניו. השימוש באתר הוא על אחריות המשתמש בלבד.

בעל האתר רשאי לעדכן תנאים אלה מעת לעת; הנוסח המחייב הוא זה המפורסם באתר. על תנאים אלה ועל השימוש באתר יחול הדין הישראלי בלבד, וסמכות השיפוט הבלעדית נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים במחוז המרכז, ישראל.

The Owner may update these terms from time to time; the binding version is the one published on the Site. These terms and use of the Site are governed exclusively by Israeli law, and exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of the Central District, Israel.
