About

Three disciplines · one voice

Music is not only playing — it is the soundtrack of each of our lives.

I'm Noam Shaty — a multidisciplinary artist: pianist, composer, poet, music producer and sound designer.

It started at the age of three, with a small toy organ that pulled me in. I played and explored the way any child does with a new toy — until, one day, I realised I could play whole melodies by ear, little and simple as they were. That's how my parents discovered I'd been born with a natural gift: absolute pitch. It became my key to everything — hearing harmonies and melodies, recognising scales, tones, and the exact colour of a sound. All through my childhood I leaned on my ear; I never wanted to learn to read notes, and I could never sit still for four hours of study.

At sixteen, a birthday gift from my mother changed everything: she took me to meet a woman who would change my life — the pianist and composer Prof. Orit Wolf, who taught me that music isn't only playing, it's a way of life. Not long after, almost by accident, I discovered sound design — and knew I'd found my true calling.

When you work with me, you're not buying a service — you're meeting a person who wants to hear you.

Today I'm studying Music Production and Performance at Rimon, and I run a home studio I built shekel by shekel — a warm home for artists who want to express their own unique voice. My vision is simple: to touch people's hearts through art, and to invite you to slow down, dive deeper, and really listen — because the journey never ends, it only grows richer.

So step into my site as you would a home of many rooms — listen, wrap yourself in sound, and write to me, so I can help you compose the soundtrack that is yours alone.

The core service

Music Production

End-to-end production of a personal album — from first idea to finished master. I work across a wide range of musical styles and production — indie rock, alternative rock, rock, metal, punk, hip-hop, rap, jazz, classical, Mizrahi and world music, as well as original music for film, video games, animation and advertising — in fact, across every musical domain. My role is to amplify the artist's ideas and bring them to life through production — in the words, the melody, the style and the sound — so your vision sounds exactly as you imagined it, and sometimes even beyond.

  • Arrangement & production — from first idea to finished master

I take your song from a raw idea to a finished master — arrangement, playing, mix and mastering.

We build the production together, step by step: choosing instruments and sound, playing and recording, shaping a full arrangement, then polishing in mix and mastering until it's release-ready. You leave with a final master plus stems — and full ownership of the direction.

  • Writing & composition — melody & lyrics

No finished song yet? We'll write it together — melody, lyrics and structure that fit you.

Whether you have an idea, a lyric, or just a feeling — I help turn it into a song: melody, harmony, words and structure. I compose, write and arrange around your story and your voice, so the song sounds like you, not like a template.

  • Sound design · PSI — your personal signature

I craft your Personal Sound Identity (PSI) — the one sound recognised as yours.

Before we touch the songs, we find your sound signature — the textures, instruments and sonic character that become a thread through the whole production. Like tailoring a suit: we understand the style, the "type of fabric" and the measurements, and build a sonic identity that can't be faked.

How it works

  1. 01

Conversation. We talk through your songs, your references, and where you want the record to land.

Before a single note, we sit and map it out: the songs or ideas you already have, the artists and sounds you love, the feeling you're chasing, plus budget and timeline. You leave this stage with a clear plan and a shared direction — so there are no surprises later.

  2. 02

Production. Writing, arrangement, sound design and mix — you hear progress at every milestone.

This is where it's built: composing and arranging, recording piano and instruments, designing the sound around your PSI, and mixing. You approve every milestone as we go, so the record grows exactly in your direction — nothing moves forward without your yes.

  3. 03

Master. You leave with a finished, release-ready master and your stems.

We finish with mastering — the final polish that makes it sound loud, clear and ready for Spotify, Apple Music and every platform. You receive the master, the stems, and full rights to release. If you'd like, I also help with distribution to streaming.

The signature

PSI — your Personal Sound Identity

A production doesn't begin with the songs — it begins with finding your Personal Sound Identity (PSI): the one sonic signature that is unmistakably yours. Only once we've found it do we start building the masters. Think of it as tailoring a bespoke suit — first we understand the style, the "type of fabric" and the exact measurements, so the sound is characterised around your story and your voice. My role is never to impose a style of my own, but to amplify the unique voice already living inside your work.

The measurements

I get to know your style, your references and your story — the needs behind the sound.

The fabric

Together we choose the sonic "material" — orchestral, classical, acoustic, small ensemble or digital.

The fitting

We build a shared demo and test it — refining until it fits you like a tailored suit.

Questions & answers

How the process works, step by step

Where does a production actually begin?
Not with the songs — that's the surprise. A production begins with your Personal Sound Identity (PSI): the signature sound that makes a record recognisably yours. Before I arrange or record a thing, we search for that identity together — the palette, the mood, the sonic fingerprint. Only once it's clear do we build the masters on top of it, so every choice along the way already belongs to you. It's the difference between a record that sounds "produced" and one that sounds like you.
What exactly is a Personal Sound Identity (PSI)?
Think of it as your sonic fingerprint — the one voice that stays yours across every song. It's not an effect or a preset; it's the combination of textures, instruments, space and character that we shape around your narrative, your voice and your style. Like a tailor who learns your body before cutting the cloth, I learn the "measurements" of your sound — what moves you, what's too much, what feels like home — and build an identity that can't be copied from anyone else. Once we have it, it becomes the thread that runs through the whole record and everything you release next.
What are the steps of working together?
The work moves in three movements — and you're part of every one. Nothing advances to the next stage until it feels right to you:
  1. Listening. We begin by listening together — your demos, voice memos, references, even the songs that shaped you. I map the emotional core, the tempo, the harmony and the world the music wants to live in, and ask the questions that reveal what you're really after. You leave this stage feeling understood, with a shared brief for the whole project.
  2. Characterising the production. Now we choose the sonic world — orchestral, classical, a stripped-back small ensemble, warm acoustic, or modern digital — along with the instruments, textures and PSI signature that carry it. I bring you a clear direction, references and a rough sound palette, so before a single final take you already know exactly how your record will feel.
  3. A shared demo. I build a working demo — arrangement, piano and the key parts, a first shape of the sound — and we listen, tweak and refine it together. You give notes at every milestone, nothing is locked without your yes, and only once the demo truly sounds like you do we move into full production and the finished master.
Will you impose your own style on my music?
Never — that's a promise. My job isn't to stamp my taste on your music; it's to hear what's already there and make it bigger. My craft is diagnosis, distinction and characterisation: finding what's uniquely yours, protecting it, and giving it the production it deserves. I bring the tools, the ear and the experience — you keep the voice. The best compliment I can get is that the record sounds more like you than you imagined, not more like me.

The Way of a World
"Every person is a book — the same beginning, a different end."

"The Way of a World" is my book of poetry — written across my coming-of-age, through high school and army service. Some poems draw on personal experience, others on perspectives I gathered along the way; together they explore identity, pain, hope and self-acceptance. Now on its way to publication.

"For me, writing is a place to unburden, to escape, to rise to the surface, to share — and, above all, to move others."

Read the opening poem — "Grey Nostalgia"
You don't have to be so different, so rare —
only you can write your book of life, and no one else.
Time never quite heals it all;
we are only human — we don't forget our yesterdays.
Sometimes you feel switched off, invisible —
smiling on the outside, burning within.
Surrounded by cheerful people, yet feeling alone —
and there are times a single soul is enough.
A small point of light appears in the sky,
lighting the world, hinting at a purpose —
most people never see it at all.

Production, music for film and games, or a collaboration — start with the song in your head. Sending the form is an in-principle yes to move forward; it commits you to nothing until a written quote is approved.

Taking on a few select projects for 2026.

Service Agreement

Engagement agreement for music production, composition, sound design, session piano, teaching, consulting and distribution. This agreement is made between Noam Shaty ("the Provider") and the applicant ("the Client") and sets the principles of the engagement. The full detail of each project is set in a separate quote that forms an integral part of this agreement.

1. Services & scope. The Provider supplies only the services defined in the quote — including production, composition, writing, sound design, piano recording, consulting or teaching. Any addition beyond the agreed scope is priced separately and approved in writing in advance.

2. Quote, milestones & timeline. Each project receives a dedicated quote with work stages, milestones and estimated delivery dates. Timelines depend on the Client's cooperation and on timely supply of materials (recordings, lyrics, references).

3. Payment terms & deposit. Work begins upon a deposit as set in the quote (typically 30%–50%). The balance is due on final delivery unless agreed otherwise. Until full payment, deliverables remain the Provider's property and are not licensed for commercial use.

4. Copyright, ownership & licensing. Moral rights in the work remain with the Provider. Usage rights and ownership of the final deliverable transfer to the Client as defined in the quote, upon full payment. Where a Personal Sound Identity (PSI) or original elements are involved, their licensing scope is stated explicitly.

5. Credit & portfolio. The Provider is entitled to appropriate credit ("Production/Composition/Sound: Noam Shaty") on any release, and may present the work in his portfolio, website and channels for promotion — unless full confidentiality is agreed in writing.

6. Revisions. The quote defines the number of included revision rounds (usually 2–3). Additional revisions, a major creative change of direction after approval, or rework are priced separately by time invested.

7. Changes, postponement & cancellation. On cancellation or postponement after a project has begun, the deposit is non-refundable and the Client is charged for work actually performed up to the notice date. Rescheduling is possible by prior arrangement, subject to availability.

8. Confidentiality & privacy. The Provider keeps materials, ideas and business information confidential. Client details are stored solely for the engagement and are not shared with third parties.

9. Files, backup & delivery. Deliverables are provided in the agreed formats (WAV/MP3, stems per quote, PDF, etc.). The Provider keeps a reasonable backup for a limited period, but long-term archiving is the Client's responsibility.

10. Liability, force majeure & jurisdiction. The Provider's liability is limited to the amount paid for the project. Delay due to force majeure (illness, technical failure, security event) is not a breach. This agreement is governed by Israeli law, and jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Israel.

Submitting this form with a digital signature is an in-principle confirmation to proceed under the terms above, and does not commit to payment until a concrete written quote is approved.
